The final-release claim itself — a closing, a retirement, a sale, a last estate vintage — and why now.

The basic details the winery gives us: the wine, the vintage, the numbered cases, the price. Once a number is claimed it is retired.

The ship-to states the winery provides. You see them as its availability, never as a promise that a state can receive the wine.
The mark is not a judgment of the wine, a guarantee of how it was stored, an audit of the cellar, or a financial promise. The sale, the payment, the shipping and the compliance stay with the winery.
